In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "wim988" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the wim988 online gaming platform operated at wim988.net and all associated services, games, and payment systems made available thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any registered account holder or visitor who accesses, browses, or uses the wim988 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player on the wim988 platform, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, and account credentials.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, slots, payment processing, bonus programmes, promotions, and customer support services offered by wim988.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or USDT denominated amounts held in a Player's wim988 account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins value, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account under a wim988 promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to amounts deposited directly by a Player through an approved wim988 payment method, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Licence" refers to the international gaming licence under which wim988 operates and which authorises the provision of online gambling and betting services.

Access to and use of the wim988 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. wim988 does not permit gambling by persons under this age threshold under any circumstances.
2. Single Account: Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) wim988 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, or different email addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Accurate Information: All information provided at registration and during ongoing account use must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a ground for immediate account termination.
4. Personal Use Only: Your wim988 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow third parties to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or manage your account in any way.
5. Excluded Persons: Persons who have self-excluded from the wim988 platform, or who are subject to any court-ordered gambling prohibition, are not permitted to register or access the platform.
6. Employee Restriction: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of wim988 and its associated service providers are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in bonus programmes.

wim988 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks — including CNIC verification for Pakistani players — at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account access being suspended pending verification.

To access real-money Services on wim988, you must create a registered account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration details provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — are truthful and accurate;
• You are not using automated, scripted, or bot-assisted processes to create your account;
• You have not previously held a wim988 account that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms;
• You understand that account credentials — particularly your password and OTP codes — must be kept confidential, and you accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account whether authorised by you or not.

wim988 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

wim988 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK OTC, and USDT TRC20. All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless USDT is selected.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are as specified on the deposit page within your account and may vary by payment method.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted and may result in funds being frozen pending investigation.
• wim988 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which wim988 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your wim988 account within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited within two (2) to four (4) banking hours.
• wim988 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals if deposits were made from a payment source that cannot be verified against your account identity.

Withdrawal requests are processed by wim988 subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. wim988 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, wim988 may require completion of identity and payment verification ("KYC"). Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and a recent photograph. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits are as specified within the withdrawal section of your account.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking business day of approval.
• wim988 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Amounts credited to your payment account are the full withdrawal amount as approved, subject to any minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• wim988 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending further investigation where fraudulent activity, account security concerns, or AML compliance requirements are identified. Players will be notified of any delay and the expected resolution timeline.

wim988 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Bonus conditions:

• Each wim988 bonus offer is available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amount, qualifying game types, minimum odds for sports bonuses, and player tier requirements — are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full using Real Money Funds, Bonus Funds, or a combination as specified.
• Unless an individual promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of this period are forfeited without recourse.
• wim988 reserves the right to alter, cancel, or replace any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it in good faith, any Bonus Funds already credited will remain valid subject to existing conditions.
• Abuse of bonus programmes — including but not limited to: systematic low-variance play to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a single offer, or arranging coordinated betting patterns to exploit promotion structures — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wim988 may void any winnings derived from such activity and suspend the accounts involved.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts will be treated as a multi-account violation under Section 2.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the wim988 platform. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant game or market on the platform.

• All bets placed on the wim988 sportsbook are final once confirmed and accepted by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where a cash-out facility is offered and exercised within the applicable window.
• wim988 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were erroneously displayed due to a technical error, data feed error, or human input error. Players will be notified of any void and the staked amount will be returned to their account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement outcome, the official result as published by the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or the UFC for MMA events — will be treated as final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change at wim988's discretion without prior notice.
• Casino games offered on the wim988 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) from licensed software providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as stated in each game's information panel. wim988 does not alter or interfere with any game's RNG or RTP parameters.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or sports bet — such as a platform crash, disconnection, or game engine error — any unsettled bet affected by the malfunction will be reviewed by wim988 and resolved in accordance with applicable game provider rules. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wim988 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating or operating more than one wim988 account;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or claim bonuses;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game;
• Using the wim988 platform to launder money or conduct transactions connected to unlawful activity;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain;
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information at any stage of account use;
• Using payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wim988 staff, other players, or third parties in any communication channel.

wim988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion;
• Where wim988 is required to do so by an applicable regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account after deduction of voided winnings and applicable costs may be returned to the player's registered payment method at wim988's discretion following investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of account termination for breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting wim988 support. Any Real Money Funds balance will be paid out to the registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC completion.

wim988 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following player protection tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable pop-up reminders at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes to alert players to the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours. During any active self-exclusion period, wim988 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

• wim988's aggregate liability to any player arising from any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• Nothing in these Terms limits wim988's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by wim988's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

wim988 collects, processes, and stores personal data — including name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment details, and account activity — in accordance with the wim988 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering with wim988, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with international gaming licence obligations;
• wim988 does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing companies;
• You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements;
